Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over £50.
Digital Products Delivery
For digital products, customers will receive an email with a download link immediately after purchase. Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your digital product email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is still not found, contact us at create@blurrmish.com for assistance.
How do I check the status of my order?
For physical products: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at create@blurrmish.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
For digital products: If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us at create@blurrmish.com with your order details, and we will assist you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. When using a P.O. Box please be aware delays may occur.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
For our full return policy please see https://www.blurrmish.com/policies/refund-policy. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
For digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience issues accessing or using your digital purchase, please contact us at create@blurrmish.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at create@blurrmish.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
